  They were hardly busy. Took forever just to get drinks, then the waitress I had was so slow, couldn't find her even if I needed her. Had to wait so they could clean tables. There were 3 tables other than mine, most of the employees were just standing around. Had to wait for half of my meal, my pancakes. Why? No clue. The only reason I gave the three stars? They quality of the food. That was the only positive thing about this visit.

  We ate at Perkins tonight and we were very disappointed. We were at the restaurant for 2 hours because it took an hour and a half to get our food. I was thankful I had brought an orange along for my daughter to eat. My burger camemail out super dry and didn't have the signature sauce it was suppose to or the mayonnaise I had requested nor did I get the sauce for the onion rings. Any time we asked for something it took 10 minutes to get so I didnt even bother asking. The table behind us came in and waited 10 minutes and didn't even get greeted and walked out. Now, if it were busy, I could maybe understand some of this, but it was by no means busy. Horrible customer service if you ask me. No one should have to wait that long for things. Not sure if I will be returning.

  We order eggs and toast with sausage. We waited half an hour ask about our meal after we saw other people who came in after us get there meal. They never said anything so we waited another half hour and ask again still didn't tell us. Bad service!!!!!!!
