  Food was good but did take a bit of time to get as they were quite busy (probably a good thing). The lady who took my order appears to be very hyper and almost scatter-brained HOWEVER, she is on top of her game. I cannot remember her name but they (and most businesses) need someone who hustles like this lady does. She is clearly a multi-tasker and just gets it done!!!! Although it took some time to get the grub, watching her work and take care of customers was worth the wait....and she's polite on top of that! :)

  We went through the drive-thru. As we were ordering, the guy in the speaker was very helpful but it all went downhill from there. We sat at the window for at least 5 minutes. We only ordered 4 sandwiches. After we drove away from the window, we realized that we didn't get our drinks and that the roast beef sandwiches were very cold. We went back in and got our drinks. When we asked to get me today beef sandwiches they sighed and yelled to the people in the back that they needed new sandwiches. The person in the back that makes the sandwiches yelled back "Why the hell do they need new ones!" The serving size was terrible! I would NOT recommend going to this Arby's.

  Good customer service, but all my food was served luke warm. Fries were somehow burnt and not hot and the original beef sandwich we ordered literally had 1 slice of meat on it. Unfortunately, we chose here to spend $26 on dinner. Unable to go back since we ate while continuing our long car trip. Would avoid.
