    Rush hour and service was great. Made sure we had fresh food. Very polite and plenty of staff to handle the rush.

    Hit or miss- sometimes good, sometimes bad. Mostly dependent on day/ time, anything on weekends or after 10am M-F is usually pretty poor service.

    We waited 15 minutes in the drive thru, mind you, this was not even in the waiting area, this was just going through the drive thru. We would have left before even paying but there is no way to leave. Then on top of it all, they gave us really old fries and I had to go back inside to get them exchanged. No one even apologized!

    Slowest McDonalds in Sioux City. They ALWAYS park you regardless if its burgers or nuggets which would be fine except the food is ALWAYS cold.
