- 1 / 5By Sandy Molly SohnOrdered food at 12:17 in drive thru and got home and had to call back to let them know that we received no tarter sauce with our fish meals (spent $29 for entire meal). They said we could come and get the tarter sauce and told them we would need fresh meals as our meals would be cold as it is now 12:37. The shift manager was rude! We understand mistakes; however, no apology, no kindness or words of empathy...just told to bring the food back and she hung up! You may want to remember that we were put out and that out of all of the food establishments we chose Culver's.January 09, 2017
